SWEET PEA CHILDCARE
Thank you for considering Sweet Pea Childcare. We offer a fun play based curriculum in a loving home setting. The home is used exclusively for childcare and is setup to maximize your child's growth, learning, and safety. We care for ages 0-5, and strive to integrate age groups when it's safe to do so. This greatly improves modeling and offers the older children a chance to demonstrate being caring gentle leaders. Please fill out the contact form for more information. TODDLER CARE
We are ready to keep your toddler busy during the day! We know how energetic this age can be. Our goal is to keep your child engaged, learning, and as happy to be there as we are! We work on multiple pivotal areas in this age group including potty training, social and emotional growth, academics, problem solving, and self care.
PRESCHOOL
With our preschoolers, we continue to work on their social and emotional growth, academics, potty training, motor skills, self help skills and kindergarten readiness. We do this through fun and engaging activities. We aren't afraid to sing, dance, and be silly!
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
First, I am a fellow parent. I am a proud momma of one, sweet and rowdy, little boy. I grew up in Florida where I met and married my husband, who grew up here in Terre Haute. I truly understand how important family is, and how hard it can be to be away from them. Even if it's just while you are at work. I have a degree in early childhood education, and I have many years of working with children of all ages. I am a patient, caring, and silly goofball. Which is likely why I love what I do!
